現代の日本において、画一化された家族形態への絶対的信仰はもはや過去のものとされ、
人々は自由に誰かと、あるいは一人で暮らすことが当たり前になりつつある。
家族を包み込むシェルターとして存在した家も、その在り方を徐々に変えつつある。

一方で、社会情勢の変化やテクノロジーの進歩とともに、
社会から離れ、暮らすことに特化した器であった家は今、
社会との距離を縮め、むしろ社会と関わる舞台となる機会を着実に増やしている。

かつての『住むための器』としての家を超え、
『多様化する暮らし』や『変化する社会との距離』を受け入れる家が求められるのではないか。

本提案では、実体としての『団地』と概念としての『ダンチ』という敷地の特性を利用し、
グラデーショナルに移り変わる空間と使われ方が現代の個人と社会に提供する豊かな生活像を示す。

We believe that there is a need for a house that embraces "diversified lifestyles" and "distance from a changing society.
In this proposal, the characteristics of the site, "danchi" as an entity and "danchi" as a concept, are utilized to create a house with a space that can change gradientally.
The proposal will show the richness of life that the gradational change of space and usage will offer to the individual and society today.
