What kind of pavilion conveys Kyoto?
While Kyoto has a historical culture, city and architecture that is known to all
While Kyoto has historical culture, cities, and architecture known to all, the fact that some of these have been lost
The fact that some of them have been lost and are still being lost is not given much attention.
"The traditional streets of Kyoto are disappearing."
"Traditional streets of Kyoto are disappearing."
"Kyoto's cultural traditions are being lost."
Against the backdrop of these lost traditions, Kyoto's inherent richness is being strongly reinvigorated.
We will create a pavilion that strongly expresses Kyoto's inherent richness against the backdrop of these lost traditions,
and suggest the future of Kyoto as it should be.
A space that suggests the future of Kyoto as it should be.
The project proposes a space that suggests the future of Kyoto as it should be by creating temporary, festive, and biological pavilions.
