「公園を歩くようにため池を歩くことは出来ないのか。」
まちのヴォイドとして存在する皿池を「ため池としてのポテンシャル」・「皿池のある大久保の背景」・「今後求められるであろう社会的要望」
の３つの背景から提案を考える。
街に閉じたため池を公園へと転換する。
新しい街の公園が街の核となり、新しい街を形成する。

「ため池の価値を保存しつつ、教育的資源/地域資源として活用するプログラム」を提案する。

The Saraike Pond exists as a void in the town.
The proposal is based on the following three backgrounds: "potential as a reservoir," "background of Okubo, where Sara Pond is located," and "social needs that will be demanded in the future.

Convert a reservoir closed to the city into a park.
The new city park will become the nucleus of the city and form a new town.
We propose a program that preserves the value of the reservoir and utilizes it as an educational and community resource.
